TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT Last updated: 29 July 2026 DATA CONTROLLER / PLATFORM OPERATOR Name: Erti Digital Platform Services Website: https://ertige.com Email: info@ertiko.com Activity: Classified listings intermediary and digital publishing platform ARTICLE 1 — Parties and subject matter These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern use of the Erti platform at https://ertige.com by all visitors and registered users (“User”). ARTICLE 2 — Acceptance 2.1. Accessing the platform, registering, or posting listings constitutes acceptance of this Agreement. 2.2. Mandatory legal consent boxes during registration constitute evidence of explicit electronic consent. ARTICLE 3 — Nature of service 3.1. Erti is an intermediary classifieds and digital publishing platform. 3.2. The Platform Operator is not a party to contracts between users and does not collect payments on their behalf. 3.3. Listing accuracy and legality are the sole responsibility of Users. ARTICLE 4 — Account and security 4.1. Users must provide accurate and current information. 4.2. Users are solely responsible for all actions under their account. 4.3. Report unauthorised access immediately to info@ertiko.com. ARTICLE 5 — Listings 5.1. Verified seller badge is voluntary and subject to review. 6.2. Identity data is processed under the Privacy Policy and Data Protection Notice. ARTICLE 7 — Limitation of liability 7.1. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. ARTICLE 8 — Suspension and termination 8.1. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for breach without prior notice.
