Last updated: 29 July 2026 1. Platform role and nature of service Erti (https://ertige.com) is an intermediary classifieds and digital publishing platform. Erti: • Does not collect payments on behalf of users or provide escrow, • Is not a party to contracts between users, • Does not guarantee listing accuracy, legality, or user trustworthiness. 2. User responsibility • You are solely responsible for all actions under your account — including creating, editing, or deleting listings, messaging, profile updates, identity verification applications, favourites, and saved searches. • Listing text, pricing, location, images, contact details, and compliance with third-party rights are your exclusive responsibility. • Meetings, payments, delivery, rental agreements, or sales outside the platform are entirely at your own risk. • You must not publish illegal, misleading, infringing, or policy-violating content. 3. Account security • You must keep your password, session data, and verification codes confidential. • Erti is not liable for harm arising from unauthorised use of your account. • Report suspected compromise immediately to info@ertiko.com and change your password. 4. Third-party interactions • Erti is not responsible for the conduct of people who contact you via phone, WhatsApp, or email shown in listings. • Protecting yourself against fraud, fake listings, and advance-payment scams is your responsibility. • You may report suspicious listings; moderation decisions remain at our discretion. 5. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erti and its operators are not liable for: • Disputes between users, • Accuracy or completeness of listing content, • Fraud, financial loss, loss of profit, or consequential damages, • Data loss, service interruption, or third-party service failures. 6. Indemnity You agree to indemnify Erti against losses, fines, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or applicable law. 7. Moderation and termination We may reject, remove, or suspend listings and accounts that violate our policies without prior notice, and report matters to authorities where required. 8. Intellectual property You represent that content you upload is yours or that you have the right to use it. Report infringement claims to info@ertiko.com. 9. Legal compliance Users must comply with applicable law in their jurisdiction (including Kosovo and Turkey). Turkish users are additionally subject to Law No. 6698 (KVKK) regarding personal data. 10. Governing law Matters not covered herein are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. 11. Acceptance By registering, you confirm that you have read and understood this notice and accept sole responsibility for all actions through your account.
